Unfettered by pre-existing paradigms, Tricia developed her own unique ways to do things. For example, communication and storytelling is important to her. Her office is unique in design, encouraging people to come in– far from your traditional mahogany desk!
She asks all team members to have a 30 minutes cup of team with her whenever they want – to discuss anything! We have an underpinning philosophy of honest conversations, discussed during recruitment, on-boarding and supported by ongoing training programs.
