HR PROFESSION CELEBRATE NIGHT OF NIGHTS

Thank you to everyone who attended the 2018 Australian HR Awards including all guests, finalists, awards sponsors and judges. Over 850 of the top HR Professionals across Australia filled The Star on 7 September to celebrate with the winners. A total of 20 awards were announced at the event, recognising the outstanding achievements of teams and individuals for their outstanding achievements over the past 12 months.

It was a year like no other. On the 170th anniversary of the company, Lindt & Sprüngli Australia embarked on a major transformational program and came through with outstanding results.

The ‘Beyond 2015’ change plan launched a series of 24 people initiatives delivering excellence in employee engagement, retention, performance, and talent acquisition. A unified change program achieved relocating its people from three locations to one new 65,000sqm facility, workforce expansion by 39%, chocolate manufacturing in Australia, and record 19.1% sales growth.

After 365 days of change, Lindt & Sprüngli Australia has entered a new era and a sweet future.
