As an Australian owned and operated company founded in WA, Toxfree has in place an Indigenous Traineeship Program dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.

With assistance from Aboriginal Elders, Toxfree was able to develop a traineeship program that is culturally relevant, safety focused and provides economic improvement for young indigenous adults. The aim of our program is to create opportunities for long term growth, with higher incomes, lower reliance on income support, increased home ownership, and higher rates of full time and professional employment. Having a job helps people build the future they want for their families and their communities.
