The annual Australian HR Awards has been recognised as the leading independent awards event in the HR profession.

The awards showcase the leading HR teams, leaders, programs and initiatives that raised the bar over the past year.

Finalists will be announced in HRD and online channels in June. Winners will be revealed at the celebratory awards show on 3 September, 2021 and profiled in HRD.

In 2014, Amanda was responsible for leading the implementation of a new OneHR operating model at J&J. This was a significant change journey, involving people & team changes, establishing HR’s credibility with the Board & aligning people strategies to multiple business strategies.
