Across the firm, supervisors and employees report the VT Program has driven a cultural shift in the way employees collaborate and communicate about working with clients experiencing trauma and the associated impact of VT.
The program has been successful in delivering on the firm’s strategic objective of ‘People and Culture’ as VT has moved from being viewed as a weakness to being seen as an essential part of being an effective lawyer or legal assistant.
MB is strongly committed to investing in this program in the future and will be guided by evidence (MU, EES) and other evaluations to develop and implement further tailored training to support MB’s areas of legal practice.
